Lily was the coordinator for the JTBC Utopian Asia Station Project She worked with curators: Jinsuk Suh (Korea), and Leng Lin (China) and artists: Jeon Joonho& Moon Kyungwon (Korea), Zhang Xiaogang (China), and Yanagi Yukinori (Japan). 
 Lily organized and negotiated with other curators/ artists to ensure the work is coming together effectively, collected data and kept in track of all the meetings and records.
JTBC is a media group that creates a new paradigm in the digital era, such as public sphere of diversity, self- worth and autonomy required by the democratic society, balanced journalism, open journalism, and multiple intelligence. It is leaping into the global media in the 21st century as the center of arts and the economy, and intends to try an international shared art project that presents the future of Northeast Asia.
Goal of this project was to set up an artistic monument to symbolize not only he idea of Asian Democracy but also liberty, equality, and fraternity,  and allow artists from Korea, China, and Japan to gather and discuss the social responsibility.
The project was with total of six artists, including one curator and one artist from Korea, one curator and one artist from China, one curator from Japan and one artist. They discussed the four themes through three workshops, making a tour in Korea, China, and japan.
The whole process is made into a documentary and will be broadcasted to the world through JTBC and Asia broadcasting companies and social media, to deliver a message of harmony and unification to future Asians.
